Tour Itinerary:
Day 01 Balikpapan International Airport - Samarinda - Bontang Hotel.
Upon arrival in Balikpapan International Airport, meeting services with your natural experiences guide, then drive to Bontang for 4 hours via Samarinda. Lunch will be provided en route at local restaurant in Samarinda. Upon arrival in Bontang/Sangata check in at hotel for your dinner and overnight.
Day 02 Bontang / Sangata - Kutai National Park Trek - Plant A Tree's - Overnight at Tent.
Breakfast in the early morning, than drive for 1 hours to Sangata, than continue by motorized canoe to Mentoko the Kutai National Park primary rainforest with 1700.000 hectare of the primary rainforest still rich with the biodiversity ecosystem, where the habitats such as Orangutan, birds, deers and others animals life in this rainforest. Trekking into the jungle will be the activities to observe wild life in this area. Afternoon, we will help to plant a tree's on the National Park area for helping the reforestation program and tree's will be provided by our naturalist guide. Meals will be served and stay overnight at jungle tent.
Day 03 Kutai National Park - Bontang - Pampang Dayak Village - Samarinda Hotel.
Breakfast at tent, then continue to trekking into the primary rainforest to observe the orangutan, birds, etc. Afternoon, we will return to Samarinda with car about 4 hours, stop en route to visit Pampang village the settlement of Dayak Kenyah tribe from the hinterland area. Afterward transfer to hotel in Samarinda for your dinner and stay overnight.
Day 04 Samarinda Hotel - Balikpapan Airport.
Breakfast at hotel, then transfer to Balikpapan for 2 hours drive, stop to visit Kebun Sayur the Artp shop shopping center for the handicrafts, Kalimantan souvernirs, stone markets, etc. Afterward transfer to Airport Balikpapan for your next destination.
