Tour itinerary

Day 01: Trip from Malang or Surabaya to Bromo sunset tours 

• This trip will be started at 09.00 am or at least before at 13.00 pm, our staff will meet you at hotel, bus station, train station or other places either in Malang or Surabaya and then we will drive slowly for about 3 - 5 hours and this journey is depend on the situation of traffic to reach the parking area in Mount Bromo.  Detail and time table for this tour package is as mentioned below:

• 09.00 - 15.00: The pick-up time from Malang or Surabaya (the pick-up service can be done at least before at 13 pm). Arrival time in the parking area of Mount Bromo and for the best arrival time at least before at 16.00). 

• Use a jeep with a local people as a driver to continue our trip to reach slope of Mount Bromo. Continued for walking or horse riding to cross the seas of sand in Mount Bromo. And around at 14 pm, start to climb for more the 250 stairs to reach peak of Bromo. Take pictures & a rest on the top of Bromo

• 15.00 - 19.00: Descending and crossing the whispered sand (Pasir Berbisik) as you have done to reach peak of Bromo. Take pictures in the whispered sands area and then drive to restaurant for having a cup of coffee or tea.

• Enjoy the relaxation time with a cup of coffee or tea at the local restaurant in Bromo area. Continued to drive to reach Mentigen hill or other places which can be a place to enjoy the sunset time. Start to enjoy the sunset time which is normally happens at 17:45 - 18:00 pm (it depends on the weather)

• 19.00 : We will leave Bromo area and then we will continue our trip for about 5-7 hours driving to reach to parking area in Ijen crater which is well known as post 1 of Paltuding or as starting point for Ijen crater trekking which is well known as the blue fire Ijen tours

Day 02: Blue fire Ijen tour and drive to Bali

• Around at 01:30 am or at least at 02:00 am, we will arrive at Paltuding or the base camp as starting point for Ijen expedition and trekking tours. From this place, we will re-check the trekking equipment, such as: the torch or headlamp and gas mask.

• Do not forget to keep well your stamina, and we will pray before climbing Mount Ijen. The climbing to Ijen crater will need for about 1.5 – 2.5 hours (it is depend on your stamina) to reach peak of Mount Ijen. Detail and time table for the blue fire Ijen tours is as mentioned below:

• 01.30 - 06.00: Preparing and climbing activities to reach the top of Mount Ijen. Upon your arrival on the top of Ijen crater, if the weather is good enough, you can do observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire

• And, if it is allowed by Ijen crater officer, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen. Take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget your tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

• 06.00 - 08.00: Go down by passing the same route / path on the slope of Mount Ijen till reach the base camp of Paltuding which our car /vehicle is waiting for us to escort you to next destination

• 08.00 - 08.30: Leaving Mount Ijen to Ketapang ferry port of Banyuwangi in the most eastern tip of Java Island. And crossing the Bali strait with a ferry to reach Gilimanuk ferry port in the most western tip of Bali Island

• 10.00/ 11.00: Arrived in Gilimanuk ferry port or it is same as at 11.00 am in Bali time and crossing Bali strait with a ferry for about 1.5 hours

• 11.00 - 16.00: Drive for about 3-5 hours to reach your hotel in the area of Pemuteran, Lovina, Ubud, Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak or Canggu. Then Bromo Ijen tour with us FINISHED
